Resumen
Se proponen 24 indicadores turísticos para turistas con discapacidad auditiva que visitan Riobamba, medidos entre la Academia (ESPOCH), Municipio de la ciudad y 57 prestadores de servicios turísticos. Estableciendo que el 54% de los establecimientos han atendido a este segmento y el 55% de ellos cuentan con presupuesto para implementar accesibilidad. Finalmente, se diseñó un ¨boletín informativo¨ plasmando los resultados de la investigación para ser socializados a la istración pública, prestadores de servicio y ciudadanía involucrada en la actividad turística.

Abstract
Twenty four tourist indicators are proposed for tourists with hearing disabilities who visit Riobamba, measured between the Academy (ESPOCH), the city's Municipality and 57 tourism service providers. Establishing that 54% of the establishments have served this segment and 55% of them have a budget to implement accessibility. Finally, an "information bulletin" was designed, capturing the results of the research to be shared with the public istration, service providers and citizens involved in tourism.
